1. Scope of Service

Amazora provides curated wellness experiences, including but not limited to workshops, fitness sessions, mindset coaching, and social events (collectively referred to as "Events"). By booking any service through this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Health & Participation

Physical Readiness: Many Amazora Events involve physical activity (Yoga, Pilates, etc.). By participating, you confirm that you are in good health and have no medical condition that would prevent your safe participation.
Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for monitoring your own physical limits. Amazora is not liable for injuries sustained during participation.
Dietary Requirements: For Events involving catering, it is the participant’s responsibility to notify the organizers of any allergies or dietary restrictions during the booking process or via email at least 48 hours prior to the Event.

3. Booking & Payments

Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
All prices are as stated on the specific Event page at the time of booking. Amazora reserves the right to adjust pricing for future editions or offers.

4. Cancellation & Transfer Policy

To maintain the intimacy and quality of our curated groups, all bookings are final.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds or credits for future events in case of no-show or cancellation by the participant.
Ticket Transfers: All bookings are final and non-transferable.

5. Event Changes or Cancellation by Organizer

Amazora reserves the right to change the venue, schedule, or speakers if necessary. In the rare case an Event is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your credit to a future date.

6. Intellectual Property & Media

All workshop materials, methods, and content shared during Events remain the intellectual property of Amazora.
Media Release: We often document our experiences through photography and film for promotional use. By attending, you consent to your image being used. If you wish to opt out, please notify the organizers at the start of the Event.

7. Code of Conduct

We pride ourselves on creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. Amazora reserves the right to refuse entry or ask a participant to leave if their behavior is disruptive or disrespectful to the community.

8. Liability

Amazora shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings at Event venues, nor for any indirect losses resulting from Event changes.
